Jane Williams Memorial Run/Walk Brings Out Nittany Lion and Buckeye Fans
On Saturday, October 6, Penn State Shenango held its inaugural Dr. Jane Williams Memorial 5k run and 1.5 mile walk on campus. Sixty-five participants, including friends, family, co-workers and avid runners and walkers, braved the chilly October morning to raise funds for the Jane Williams Memorial Fund in support of students at Penn State Shenango.
The top three winners were Nathan White from Hadley, Pa. (Commodore Perry High School); John Erdesky III from Hermitage, Pa. (Physician Assistant for Dr. Derloni--urologist); and Kody Cropp from Clarks Mills, Pa. (Commodore Perry High School).
